Mazen Anan is a Project Management professional who has been associated with various management projects for the past 13 years. He is the founder of this company and continues to work as a strategic planner. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Anan has participated in project management and commercial systems analysis tasks for companies like Proctor and Gamble, Hewlett-Packard, Innovative Business Solution and Elixir Consulting. He is particularly competent in such actions as project management, compliance management and organizational restructuring. Anan is also a member of the Project Management Institute at the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Anan focuses particularly on helping people learn how to develop their corporate management skills. Anan has helped people in many of his positions work on skills relating to time management, communication skills, memo writing and project management as a means of assisting people with becoming better workers in today’s professional environment.

Chadi Assad is a sales manager who currently operates with the title of National Sales Manager at Les Laboratories Servier, a company he has been associated with since 2000. He holds a post-graduate diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in London and has been certified to work in personal development and coaching by the Canadian Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Assad focuses on neuro-linguistic programming to assist people in become leaders and proficient team members by focusing on the connections between neurological procedures and how people identify languages and behaviors. He is skilled with helping people to work with individualized plans to improve their lives and has particularly earned his skills from many key conferences including the 2012 Working With Different Personality Styles conference in Paris.

As a member of Les Laboratories Servier, Assad has focused much of his effort on management, team building, coaching and supporting promotional activities. He puts an emphasis on the need to work with change and to adjust different plans based on change and the need to complete tasks as required. His goal is to help entrepreneurs learn about how to work with teams to improve the ways how each study can work well.

Loay Bakor Balkhoyor is a multinational executive who worked with Proctor & Gamble from 2005 to 2008 as a human resources manager. In addition, he has worked in the past as a human resources manager for the Modern Products Company and has worked quality assurance for the SAVOLA Snack Foods Company. He holds a Masters in Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Abdul-Aziz University and is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Saudi Arabian Quality Council.

Balkhoyor’s experience with Proctor & Gamble has been critical to his development. As the human resources manager with P&G, he worked to resolve issues within labor offices and was responsible for many recruiting actions. He also conducted salary surveys and prepared a salary planning solution. He has particularly worked to manage projects and to develop new initiatives for the business to function with while helping to teach Saudi youth and other local talents to work towards developing goals for themselves and to learn how to work on different tasks in the industry.

Ashraf Noor is an English and Arabic-speaking business development expert. He has trained more than a thousand people in communication skills, quality management skills, strategic planning and operational planning. He is particularly an expert with the Pfeiffer and SWOT models. Noor has worked in the past for Bank Al-Jazira and Al-Inma Bank as an assistant manager a business developer for the Riyadh Bank.

Many of Noor’s training skills have been utilized in the banking sector. He has utilized the development of action plans to help people learn how to work towards developing new ideas and to plan ahead of time when working. He has also particularly enabled team members in the workplace by helping them learn how to analyze financial reports and how to also analyze the roles that each individual member of the workplace can follow. These roles have been essential for helping young bankers to develop new skills.

Hesham Mohammed Mustafa Al-Asali is a graduate of the American University of Sharjah and is the CEO of the Be Happy Center for Training and Management Consulting in UAE and Saudi Arabia. He operates particularly with actions to evaluate trainers and is qualified to train people through the American Board for Neuro Linguistic Programming. He has attended more than a hundred different training courses relating to the fields of management, marketing and self-development.

While working at the Be Happy Center for Training, Al-Asali has successfully developed marketing plans and has prepared a number of training programs. Much of his work has entailed helping his clients learn how to identify the necessities that individual organizations have in order to succeed. He has also helped his clients at the center learn about how to organize their goals by time and how to improve different tasks. His success in helping him to work hard has helped him to earn a position as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Arab Council for Professional Trainers in the UAE.

Osama Natto is the founder and CEO of Innovative Business Solutions and is the co-founder of App51. He is an entrepreneur who has worked in many jobs while growing up including working as a jewelry salesman and used his money from his young work to start many small businesses including Innovative Business Solutions and Omnitec Al-Saudia. He uses his experience to talk with young entrepreneurs about how to work with building a business and, in the case of his failed Omnitec Al-Saudia venture, what to avoid when running a business.

In addition, he is a graduate of the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and is a specialist in the fields of database design, e-commerce, integrated systems and design projects. He focuses on helping students to learn about how to use design plans and how to use technology to improve the ways how entrepreneurial efforts can be more effective and to avoid problems as they develop the first time.
